CARBON NEUTRAL
The Las Vegas Monorail elevates mobility along the Las Vegas Strip, carrying over 5 million riders annually, eliminating 27 tons of emissions and more than 2.1 million vehicle miles with its autonomous, zero-emissions trains.
VEGAS LOOP
Electric vehicles zip through Vegas Loop tunnels beneath the LVCC, creating zero emissions and zero additional surface congestion, and redefining transit with a sustainable alternative to traditional transportation.
RECYCLED WATER
All indoor water use is reclaimed and recycled back to Lake Mead. 25 million gallons of ground water are recycled and reused for various purposes such as street cleaning, cooling towers and irrigation at resorts like The Palazzo Resort.
WATER CONSERVATION
Resorts use low-flow fixtures, shower heads and sink aerators. 47% decline in water use per capita from 2002 to 2020. Sod has been replaced with drought-tolerant landscaping on Vegas resorts.
40% of waste from Caesars Entertainment was diverted from landfills in 2021. Its goal by 2025 is 60%.
80% of debris & waste was diverted from landfills during Resorts World’s construction.
Resorts donate unserved food from conventions to local community partners like Three Square Food Bank.
Discarded soap was donated by resorts to Clean the World, a social enterprise dedicated to providing sanitization for communities in need.
